We’re Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative with 3+ years of experience , who has demonstrated career stability by staying at a company for at least 2 years .

About the Role:

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales opportunities . A key part of this role is cold calling , with a target of 80–100 calls per day , ensuring a steady flow of leads and opportunities for the sales team.

Key Requirements:

✅ 3+ years of experience in sales or business development

✅ Minimum 2 years of tenure in the current/previous company

✅ Comfortable making 80–100 cold calls per day

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

✅ Proven ability to generate and qualify leads

✅ Passionate about building client relationships
