We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative with 3+ years of experience, who has demonstrated career stability by staying at a company for at least 2 years.

About the Role:

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales opportunities. A key part of this role is cold calling, with a target of 80–100 calls per day, ensuring a steady flow of leads and opportunities for the sales team.

Key Requirements:

βœ… 3+ years of experience in sales or business development

βœ… Minimum 2 years of tenure in the current/previous company

βœ… Comfortable making 80–100 cold calls per day

βœ… Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

βœ… Proven ability to generate and qualify leads

βœ… Passionate about building client relationships
