Role Overview:-
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in B2B SaaS to drive top-of-the-funnel pipeline for our sales team in the Indian market. The role involves a strong mix of outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Drive outbound prospecting across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales-qualified opportunities
- Understand customer challenges and articulate product value during discovery
- Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM data and activity tracking
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and revenue teams to improve funnel metrics
What We’re Looking For:-
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS product company
- Proven experience selling into the Indian market
- Strong communication, discovery, and objection-handling skills
