We are looking for a high-ownership Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is motivated to grow into a full Account Executive (AE) role. This position is designed for individuals who want deep exposure to consultative selling, customer discovery, product-led growth, and enterprise deal ownership. The role goes beyond traditional SDR responsibilities, offering hands-on involvement in discovery, demos, pilots, and deal progression. You will work closely with product, operations, and AI teams to help prospects translate complex business challenges into meaningful solutions, with a clear path to owning end-to-end sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting and meeting booking , engaging founders, CXOs, growth leaders, and revenue stakeholders.
- Qualify both inbound and outbound leads to ensure high-quality opportunities before demos.
- Conduct structured discovery calls to understand customer revenue funnels, pain points, and growth challenges.
- Run product demos and solution walkthroughs, clearly articulating value propositions and use cases.
- Translate customer problems into well-defined pilot use cases and initial deployment plans.
- Support pilot scoping and execution by coordinating closely with product, operations, and AI teams.
- Manage follow-ups, feedback loops, and expansion discussions during and after pilot phases.
- Progressively take ownership of deal management and closures as part of the transition into an Account Executive role.
- Build deep product, industry, and market understanding to support consultative, solution-led selling.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2–6 years of experience in sales, preferably within B2B SaaS, MarTech, SalesTech, or high-ticket B2C environments .
- Strong comfort with consultative selling , discovery-led conversations, and solution-based positioning.
- Ability to explain complex or evolving products in a clear, confident, and compelling manner.
- A mindset focused on funnels, outcomes, and revenue impact , not just lead activity.
- High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to operate without rigid scripts or predefined playbooks.
- Comfort working with technical or rapidly evolving products and navigating ambiguity.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- A growth-oriented attitude with the ambition to move into enterprise-level Account Executive ownership .
