As an SDR / Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your main focus will be generating and qualifying leads, building strong relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline from initial contact to handover. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to grow quickly, understands how to spot high-value opportunities, and is excited about working with cutting-edge AI tools. You will have the chance to learn directly from leadership and gain exposure to all parts of the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and qualify inbound and outbound leads. Reach out to prospects through email, calls, LinkedIn, and events. Support the team in building a strong, predictable sales pipeline. Set up discovery calls and demos for senior sales leadership. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and assist with reporting needs. Work closely with the marketing team on outreach messaging and lead generation ideas. Understand prospect needs and guide them toward the right use cases for the product. Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in sales or a client-facing role. Strong communication skills and a passion for relationship-building. Interest in SaaS, B2B sales, and emerging AI products. Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving start-up environment. Ability to switch between outreach, follow-ups, research, and demo support. Fluent in German and English. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales tools. Located in Berlin or within a commutable distance.
