Role Overview

We're seeking a driven, self-motivated
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to help expand attendance at our monthly
Earn More, Work Less, Enjoy Life
business workshops and identify potential long-term fits for our
Owner Advisory Boards
. This role focuses on
top-of-funnel activity
: building targeted prospect lists, initiating outreach, qualifying leads, and driving workshop registrations.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify ideal small business owner prospects (typically $500K–$20M revenue, South Florida or Denver focus).
  • Manage outbound lead generation campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.
  • Book qualified workshop registrations and intro calls with business owners.
  • Follow up with interested prospects to ensure attendance and move warm leads to the sales team.
