Role Description
SDR/BDR responsibilities:
● Qualify and convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified opportunities (SQLs).
● Generate new business through proactive outbound outreach via phone, email, and Linked In.
● Conduct thorough research on prospects to personalize outreach and understand their business
needs.
● Use frameworks such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to pre-qualify opportunities.
● Maintain accurate records and follow-ups within the CRM.
● Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and
progress opportunities through the pipeline.
● Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, lead qualification, and conversions.
To become a part of our team:
● 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles (Saa S
preferred).
● Proven communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to engage confidently with
decision-makers.
● Experience in lead qualification, cold calling, or consultative sales is a strong plus.
● Ability to work on multiple tools simultaneously (CRM, Help Desk, Phone tools, etc.).
● Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a US time zone
Work Timings: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM US timings (East Coast, Central, and West Coast)
Location: Noida - Hybrid (3 days a week from office)
