Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cancún, Q. Roo, for a Sales Development Representative. The professional in this position will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, qualifying leads, and establishing relationships with potential clients. The Sales Development Representative will manage communication with prospects, assist in the business development process, and support the sales team to achieve departmental goals. Day-to-day activities include conducting outreach via phone, email, and networking to maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications Requirements

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation strategies
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development within a professional environment
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity in Cancún, ROO
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is REQUIRED
