Our solution, TwoMinuteReports, efficiently gathers data from various APIs and sources, enabling users to generate reports quickly and seamlessly. We focus on creating user-friendly tools that deliver reliable, actionable insights to support marketing initiatives.


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative. You will be based in Chennai with the flexibility to work from home on some days. In this role, you will identify and engage potential leads, nurture client relationships, and support business development efforts. Core responsibilities include lead generation, managing sales pipelines, driving sales processes, and maintaining excellent communication with prospects and customers.


Key Responsibilities


  • Generate enterprise leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn social selling.
  • Execute demand gen initiatives to build and nurture sales pipeline.
  • Research target agency accounts and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover business challenges and qualify fit.
  • Schedule meetings/demos for Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with sales/marketing on messaging and campaigns.
  • Maintain CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce) and track outreach metrics.
  • Stay updated on agency trends, competitors, and pain points.


Required Qualifications


  • 1-5 years B2B sales experience, preferably Enterprise SDR.
  • Proven success in cold outreach and lead qualification.
  • Strong email marketing and outbound campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and thrives in fast-paced environments.


Preferred Qualifications


  • SaaS sales experience targeting agencies/enterprises.
  • Expertise in sales engagement tools and CRM.
  • Knowledge of account-based selling and enterprise cycles.
