Job Objective:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join a rapidly growing SaaS startup from Australia with customers in 40+ countries.
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new B2B leads, executing effective outbound strategies, and ensuring a strong qualification process aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This role focuses on generating high-quality opportunities across global markets, supporting Calcumate's mission to expand its reach and increase sales worldwide.

Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calls, personalised emails, and outreach via outbound prospecting tools and professional networks, to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Use prospecting tools such as Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach, qualification, and opportunities generated.
- Continuously follow up with qualified leads until handing them off to the CEO.
- Coordinate with the CEO to optimize the conversion process.
- Propose improvements to lead prospecting and qualification processes.
- Prepare weekly reports on results and key metrics.
- Participate in performance review meetings and provide continuous feedback to the team.
- Keep the lead database consistently updated as new prospects enter the funnel.
Requirements:
- Previous +3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or B2B prospecting.
- Proficiency with prospecting tools like Instantly, LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, etc.
- Strong experience in CRM platforms.
- Experience in A/B Testing of different acquisition channels/messages.
- Knowledge of commercial/sales metrics and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outgoing personality, high energy, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Results-oriented, ambitious, and with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and discipline to meet targets.
- Advanced English

Perks
Labor Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Modality: Full-time, Contractor, Remote (in CDMX)
Salary: $30,000 to $40,000 MXN gross monthly
Commission structure: To be discussed at the interview stage
