The Role

We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative III to join our Mexico City team. This is a high-impact, outbound-driven role designed for a motivated, tech-savvy sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You'll play a critical part in fueling Solera's growth by generating qualified opportunities for our Sales organization through proactive prospecting, strategic outreach, and value-based conversations.

What You'll Do

  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers within target accounts and markets.
  • Own the Lead & Opportunity Management process—building, managing, and converting pipeline aligned to monthly , quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Leverage Salesforce and key sales technologies (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to track activity and optimize productivity.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to execute campaigns that ensure lead quality and conversion effectiveness.
  • Drive high value discovery calls, schedule demos, and manage handoffs to quota-carrying AEs with clear documentation and intent.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, reporting on key metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline growth, and activity performance.
  • Represent Solera's value proposition with confidence and consultative selling skills that align customer pain points to our technology solutions.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent sales experience required.
  • 2+ years of SaaS sales or BDR experience, preferably in an outbound capacity.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas through disciplined prospecting and pipeline creation.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools.
  • Strong communication, discovery, and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a results-driven, high-volume environment while collaborating across teams.
