Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Remote - Latin America
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help scale outbound prospecting and—most importantly—qualify leads for a growing field-service business. You'll be responsible for turning existing data and lead lists into real conversations by executing consistent outreach across LinkedIn, email, and cold calling, while tracking activity and running disciplined follow-ups.
Execute outbound outreach daily via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
Qualify inbound/outbound leads by identifying pain points, fit, and urgency.
Work from provided data and lead lists, and turn them into active outreach sequences.
Track outreach, calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in a structured way (CRM / tracking tools).
Provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, objections, and what's working in the market.
Manage outreach windows based on time zones (calls typically within 7am–5pm EST/CST).
