The Role:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a high-impact, foundational role in our sales organization, primarily focused on the critical stage of new business generation. Operating fully remote, the SDR is the company's front-line voice, responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers within our target market.
This role requires a high-energy, results-oriented individual who thrives on the challenge of cold outreach and is adept at crafting compelling, personalized messages across multiple channels (phone, email, and social). The SDR is expected to own the top of the sales funnel, working relentlessly to convert cold contacts into qualified sales opportunities and scheduled meetings for the Account Executive team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Outbound Activity: Daily/weekly targets for phone calls, emails sent, and social engagement.
