Overview
Whitley Recruiting Partners (WRP) is recruiting 4 Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to work for a leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that has raised over $200m in Venture Capital funding and is offering equity, a $55k starting salary, and a year one On-Target-Earning (OTE) of $82k-$110k / year.
Start date is 2/20/26 and all applicants must be available to start full-time, 5 days/week on 2/20/26. In-office on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Our client's revenue has grown 100% year-over-year in both 2023 and 2024 so this is a unique opportunity to earn valuable equity in a company determined and destined to sell to an acquirer in the medium-term future.
Responsibilities
- SDR's will make 70 outbound cold-calls per day and be paired with a single Account Executive to establish new business pipeline in an assigned territory.
