We are pleased to inform you about an exciting Full-time Sales Freshers opportunity at Keka HR and invite 2025 pass-out students to participate in our upcoming In-Person Hiring Drive at our Hyderabad office.



Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Freshers



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand requirements and pitch Keka’s offerings
  • Follow up on leads from marketing and outbound efforts to schedule sales demos
  • Maintain high activity levels while meeting quality and productivity metrics
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitors
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions
  • Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and pipeline efficiency
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs



Work Details:

  • Workdays: Monday to Friday
  • Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Location: Keka HR, Gachibowli, Hyderabad



Compensation & Benefits:

  • Please Note that the Compensation for the role will be 4.5-6 LPA CTC



Eligibility Criteria:

  • 0-1 Years Experience in Sales, Business Development
  • Strong communication skills
  • High zeal and strong interest in Sales
  • Prior sales internship experience is a plus
  • Minimum 70% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
