Job Description

The Role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for: 

  • Identifying key companies within the assigned region and key people within the target accounts with the Market Research team. 
  • Actively searching and prospecting new potential clients. 
  • Generating sales appointments and managing sales pipeline (e.g. generate emails for Outreach.io, make cold-calls to accounts on the assigned Bounty List). 
  • Handling lead management and CRM activities using Salesforce.com 
  • Developing and maintaining territory plan from your assigned geography. 
  • Weekly reporting on territory updates, industry trends, regional insights, competitive landscape, etc. 
  • Actively developing, innovating, and participating in the Sales Development projects, programs, and processes. 

Ideal Profile:

  • You have a degree in business, economics, political & social sciences (or a similar field) with at least 1 year in business development or sales-related positions.
  • You have solid experience in lead generation, account management, or sales ideally within a SaaS environment. 
  • You are comfortable working with Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • You possess a strong time management skills and are able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • You are an independent, self-driven, and result-oriented person. 
  • You are eager to learn and put interest in technology sales and new communication technologies. 
  • Experience in CRM (especially Salesforce.com), would be a plus.
