Sales Development Representative

We are currently seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) for one of our key clients: a global leader in Renewable Energy and Battery Storage (ESS) solutions.

The Role: You will be the engine of growth for our client's sales team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will partner directly with Regional Sales Managers to open new markets and secure strategic appointments.

What You'll Do:

• Identify & Conquer: Develop self-generated sales strategies to identify and book appointments with potential customers in the renewable sector.
• Strategic Outreach: Perform high-volume cold, warm, and hot calls daily—building the bridge between prospects and solutions.
• Pipeline Management: Track all daily activity and progress within the company's CRM to ensure a seamless sales flow.
• Sales Partnering: Assist Regional Sales Managers with prospecting and lead generation, serving as a critical member of the regional sales force.
• Hit the Numbers: Meet and exceed daily minimum requirements for dials, quality conversations, and appointments.
