Objectives of this Role
Represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook Responsibilities
Prepare a list of senior HR managers (prospects). Research on the prospects for personalization Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services Crafting personalized messages (follow-ups) Social touches (mostly LinkedIn) Call blocks to prospects (optional) Reporting and statistics Contact potential prospects through cold calls, LinkedIn and emails Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Account executives for next steps Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Executives Report to the Sales Manager Experience and Qualifications
Qualifications: Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (higher weightage given to certificates and diplomas in the areas of Marketing, Sales, English) Excellent command in written and verbal English (Mandatory) Experience: (Mandatory) Proven work experience (3 years) as a SaaS Sales Development Representative, Account Development Rep or similar role Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach. Qualifying leads and prospects Excellent communication and relationship building skills Track record of achieving the given quotas Experience of working with a CRM Fair understanding of sales performance metrics Strong LinkedIN skills Work Ethics and Qualities
