Role Overview
Roots Global is looking for a sharp, commercially minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to qualify high-intent inbound leads who have already submitted an enquiry form.
This is not cold calling. Every prospect has proactively expressed interest in Roots Global's services. Your role is to make timely outbound contact, qualify suitability and intent, and book genuinely qualified prospects directly into the calendars of the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make prompt outbound contact with inbound form enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM
- Conduct structured qualification calls with warm, high-intent prospects
