Responsibilities
- Nurture and engage leads through various inbound marketing channels.
- Identify and qualify leads to create SQLs for the sales team consistently.
- Be creative and find new ways to improve conversion rates from Lead to Opportunities.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve customer engagement and lead generation efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inbound marketing and customer support.
- Lead Qualification: Achieve a monthly target of qualified SQLs delivered to the Inbound Team.
- First Reach out TAT: Ensure a quick response to leads to ensure the best experience.
- Proactiveness in Initiatives: Innovate to make the process and team much better than the current process, and find ways to do better.
- Courses would be helpful.
- Inbound Growth and Inbound Sales (Hubspot).
