Responsibilities

  • Nurture and engage leads through various inbound marketing channels.
  • Identify and qualify leads to create SQLs for the sales team consistently.
  • Be creative and find new ways to improve conversion rates from Lead to Opportunities.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve customer engagement and lead generation efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inbound marketing and customer support.
  • Lead Qualification: Achieve a monthly target of qualified SQLs delivered to the Inbound Team.
  • First Reach out TAT: Ensure a quick response to leads to ensure the best experience.
  • Proactiveness in Initiatives: Innovate to make the process and team much better than the current process, and find ways to do better.
