Job Description
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum education: 12th pass or any relevant diploma/degree (Sales/Automobile background is a plus).
- 1-3 years experience in sales, preferably in automobile spares, used parts, or related industry. Could also consider freshers with strong communication and a passion for autos.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills;
fluency in Kannada is essential;
knowledge of English isbeneficial.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently, adapt to field conditions.
- Basic tech literacy: using smartphone apps, CRM or reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach automotive spare parts dealers, scrap yards, garages, workshops and potential customers in Karnataka to promote Autowelkin’s platform and products.
- Generate leads (both B2B and B2C) through field visits, networking, referrals, phone calls.
