What does a typical day look like for a SDR? 

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
  • Own the end-to-end closure of deals, from prospecting to final handshake.
  • Sell Interakt, our WhatsApp marketing tool, to drive measurable business impact for clients.
  • Engage and build relationships with SMB and MSME customers on a daily basis, understanding their needs and positioning Interakt as the ideal solution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • What responsibilities will you be trusted with?

  • Follow up with Inbound Leads 

  • Do Product Demonstrations to the Qualified Leads 

  • Coordinating with Sales Teams to move leads to closure. 

  • Constantly record lead and prospect activity in CRMs. 

  • Develop new business with constant communication to prospective customers on Email, LinkedIn, Calling etc. 

  •  Drive attendance to Marketing Campaigns (Events / Webinars / Virtual Events etc) 

  • What skills, expertise and experience are we looking for? 

  •  2-4 years of experience working as a Sales Development Role with SaaS / Technology / IT firms. 

  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

  •  Working knowledge of Hubspot (Or any other CRM)
