Job Title: Inside Sales Development Representative

Locations: Brazil (Sao Paulo) or Mexico City

Office Dynamic: Hybrid

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for new prospects engaging with AVEVA through marketing campaigns, digital channels, and events. Your goal is toidentifyqualified prospects, uncover business needs, and create high-quality opportunities that contribute to AVEVA’s sales pipeline.

You’llwork closely with Sales, Marketing, andTechnicalteams to ensuretimelyand personalized follow-up with leads, whilemaintainingexceptional data quality and providing a positive, value-driven experience to everyexisting orpotential customer.

AVEVA offers a 6-week training program for new hires to get up to speed with our software solutions and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and developnew salesopportunities from inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and web inquiries.

  • Executetimely, personalized outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage leads and convert interest into qualified opportunities.

  • Research and assess inbound leads toevaluateleadfitandopportunity potential.

  • Develop a solid understanding of AVEVA’s solutions and value propositions to clearly articulate how they address customer pain points andpriorities.

  • Use tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage lead queues, engageprospects, andmaintainaccurateCRM data.

  • Maintain alimited outbound opportunity targetto develop prospecting skillsinpreparationfor advancement into a senior outbound-focused SDR role.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed performance metrics for lead follow-up, qualifiedopportunities, and pipeline progression through

  • Travel occasionally to attend and support AVEVA events.

  • Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent Portuguese, Spanish, English

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, engineering, or a related field.

  • 1+ years of sales or industry-relevant experience.

  • A highly motivated, results-oriented mindset with a positive and determined approach to building a healthy, consistent pipeline of quality opportunities.

  • A collaborative, self-starting attitude with strong energy and commitment to deliver results.

  • Ability to quickly learn new skills and gain a solid understanding of the value AVEVA’s solutions bring to customers.

  • Creative and analytical thinking skills to identify market trends and uncover opportunities in your territory.

  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and written), with confidence in engaging prospects.

  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand prospect needs, surface challenges, and relay insights effectively to the sales team.
