Job Description

  • Research and target prospects matching the company's ideal customer profile by making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Initiate conversations to generate interest and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Track key performance indicators including number of calls, emails sent, meetings booked, and conversion rates.

Requirements~

  • Proficient in English at C1 level.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume sales roles; experience in insurance, technology, financial services or related industries preferred.
  • Assertive and detail-oriented communication skills.
  • Competitive, proactive, and motivated by targets and performance incentives.
  • Quick learner of new products, services, and internal systems.
