En Invicta Business Partners, junto a nuestras líneas de negocio Marketing inHealth, Health Connection e iRecruit, estamos buscando un/a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Sales Coordinator para apoyar el crecimiento comercial de nuestros B2B Professional Services en Puerto Rico, United States, LATAM y Europe.
Este rol es clave para asegurar lead qualification, disciplined follow-up y appointment setting, manteniendo un pipeline organizado y medible, y permitiendo que el closer se enfoque en cerrar oportunidades estratégicas.

Manage and follow up inbound leads generated by digital campaigns.
Execute outbound prospecting (light) via LinkedIn, assigned databases and direct outreach.
Perform lead qualification based on defined criteria (fit, interest, budget, timing).
