Base:
$18,000 MXN/month
Uncapped commission
OTE:
$35,000–$55,000+ MXN/month
About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced, English-speaking SDR to manage high-volume inbound leads and targeted outbound outreach. You'll qualify leads, follow up with warm leads, book meetings, and close sales.
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound leads via calls and email
- Send targeted LinkedIn messages
- Qualify opportunities and book meetings
- Follow up and close warm inbound sales
- Track activity in CRM
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- SDR / inside sales experience preferred
- Comfortable with KPIs and performance-based pay
- Reliable, organized, and results-driven
