We’re scaling quickly and looking for driven, results-oriented sales professionals to help us connect with potential clients and grow our pipeline. Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on outbound prospecting and cold calling . This role is ideal for someone who thrives on high-volume outreach, enjoys talking to people, and is motivated by hitting and exceeding targets. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a critical role in generating qualified opportunities for the sales team. Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective leads Qualify prospects and identify potential customers based on set criteria Clearly communicate EverBridal’s value proposition Schedule qualified appointments or hand off warm leads to the appointment setters Maintain accurate records of outreach and conversations in the CRM Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly activity and performance targets Follow scripts and processes while adapting conversations naturally Handle objections professionally and confidently Requirements Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or SDR roles (preferred) High English level (b2 to C1) Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone Resilient mindset — comfortable with rejection and high call volumes Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Coachable and open to feedback Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic Nice to Have Experience using CRMs (Apollo,Close or Go high level) Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting Background in wedding industry or marketing agencies (not required) What We Offer 100% remote position Competitive base pay performance-based incentives Training, scripts, and ongoing support Collaborative and fast-paced startup environment How to Apply If you’re energetic, competitive, and excited about outbound sales, we’d love to hear from you.
