Job Description
**About the role**
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our sales team by generating qualified meetings through outbound and inbound outreach. This role is focused on research, outreach, and strong follow-up.
**Responsibilities**
- Research target accounts and decision-makers.
- Respond to inbound leads and schedule meetings.
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging and results.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B.
- Strong English communication skills (advanced).
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach.
- Experience using CRMs and sales tools (HubSpot or similar).
- Organized, persistent, and coachable.
**Nice to have**
- Experience in services, BPO, healthcare, legal, or tech environments.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
