About the role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our sales team by generating qualified meetings through outbound and inbound outreach. This role is focused on research, outreach, and strong follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Research target accounts and decision-makers.
  • Respond to inbound leads and schedule meetings.
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging and results.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B.
  • Strong English communication skills (advanced).
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach.
  • Experience using CRMs and sales tools (HubSpot or similar).
  • Organized, persistent, and coachable.
