Job Overview

The Pre-Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with incoming leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting qualified prospects into demo-ready leads for the sales team. This role focuses on lead qualification, requirement mapping, follow-ups, and coordination to ensure that only quality prospects move forward for demos and closures.

Roles & Responsibilities


- Connect with incoming and assigned leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails


- Qualify leads based on business need, interest level, and readiness


- Understand customer pain points and clearly explain product value and use cases


- Convert interested prospects into confirmed demos for the sales team


- Coordinate with the sales/demo team for smooth scheduling and proper handover
