We’re Hiring: Sales Development Representative
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SDR to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2 B sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of generating qualified leads. This role is pivotal in driving our strategic sales initiatives. The SDR will be responsible for conducting market research, prospecting, and collaborating with the sales team to generate qualified appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct self-research to identify right ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
- Develop and implement outreach plans.
- Make 100 calls per day to generate leads and set appointments.
- Achieve a target of 3 qualified appointments per day.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support sales processes and strategies.
- Dial for campaigns focused on the USA & UK markets.
- Experience with sales tools like Linked In, Apollo, and similar sales enablement tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of total experience in B2 B sales.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets and sales goals.
- Educational background: Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- Current or previous designation in inside sales or lead generation roles.
- Willingness to work evening shifts.
- Availability to join immediately or within 15-30 days of notice.
