Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) (No. of positions - 4)

Location: Pune, Bavdhan

Job Type: Full-Time & Work from Office

Experience Required: 2–5 years

We’re looking for someone who can prospect, pitch, lead discovery, and close small–mid deals with confidence.

What you’ll do:


• Identify + engage global prospects

• Lead discovery calls

• Understand Celoxis deeply and align it to pain points

• Pitch, negotiate & close

• Prepare tailored proposals

• Maintain strong CRM hygiene

• Collaborate with marketing & product specialists

• High-quality outbound across calls, email & LinkedIn


What we expect:

• 2–5 yrs B2B outbound sales (IT/SaaS preferred)

• MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred

• Hands-on with HubSpot/Apollo/Sales Navigator

• Clear, confident communication

• Resilience + hunger to exceed targets

• Ability to understand customers and tailor solutions


Bonus: Fluency in German, Spanish, or French
