About the Job
The Sales Development Representative is Brightly's "front line" in increasing demand for the sales team. You will be tasked with qualifying new prospective clients and collaborating with other members of the team to achieve a smooth handoff of each opportunity. If you are interested in jump‑starting your sales career, this is an ideal position for you!
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound call campaigns
- Identify and qualify decision makers among the targeted call campaigns
- Collect accurate and complete information in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) bytty maintaining and growing the database of prospects and tracking activity
- Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts
- Work onsite a minimum of 3 days (Tuesday‑Thursday) each work week in the North Hills office in Raleigh, NC
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR 1+ year of prior sales experience in lieu of degree
- High energy, determination, and perseverance
- Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills
- Strong decision‑making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, United States of America
Pay range: $40,000 - $45,000 annually with a commission target of $15,000 - $25,000.
