Sales Development Representative (SDR)



We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our client base. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, confident in communication, and eager to build a career in sales.



Key Responsibilities:



-Identify and research potential clients through outbound and inbound channels

-Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads

-Qualify prospects and understand their business needs

Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team

-Maintain and update CRM records accurately

-Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline

-Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

-Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies
