Job Description
We are currently hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our IT staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calls, LinkedIn, email sequences. etc.
- Target organizations that hire IT and professional talent directly (non-MSP), emphasizing enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Research and segment industries where we already have success — transportation, healthcare, finance, consulting, and technology.
Qualification & Discovery
- Conduct initial qualification calls to assess client hiring model, decision-making structure, and IT staffing needs.
- Warm leads by establishing rapport and capturing key qualifying data such as company size, roles typically filled, ServiceNow usage, and whether they use an MSP or direct sourcing.
- Route qualified leads to Account Executives for closing conversations.
