Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Remote - Latin America Overview We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help scale outbound prospecting and—most importantly— qualify leads for a growing field-service business. You’ll be responsible for turning existing data and lead lists into real conversations by executing consistent outreach across LinkedIn, email, and cold calling , while tracking activity and running disciplined follow-ups. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys high-volume outbound work, can handle direct, blue-collar prospects who may be abrupt on the phone, and knows how to stay persistent and organized. You will report directly to the founder/leader and have clear growth opportunities into closing roles over time.
