We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven SDR with a strong background in IT services and staffing sales to help us expand our presence across Domestic and International markets .

🔍 Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads for IT services & IT staffing (C2C / C2H / Contract Hiring)
  • Perform Upwork, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Identify decision-makers (CTOs, Hiring Managers, Procurement, HR Heads)
  • Qualify requirements and set up meetings for the sales team
  • Build and manage a strong IT sales pipeline
  • Maintain CRM updates and follow-up activities
