IT Services & Staffing Sales | Domestic & International | Noida
We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven SDR with a strong background in IT services and staffing sales to help us expand our presence across Domestic and International markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for IT services & IT staffing (C2 C / C2 H / Contract Hiring)
- Perform Upwork, cold calling, email campaigns, and Linked In prospecting
- Identify decision-makers (CTOs, Hiring Managers, Procurement, HR Heads)
- Qualify requirements and set up meetings for the sales team
- Build and manage a strong IT sales pipeline
- Maintain CRM updates and follow-up activities
