Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience within a recruitment agency HR software or fintech company ideally with a direct competitor or a fintech partner of TFY .
This role is critical to driving pipeline growth by identifying qualifying and converting opportunities with HR decision-makers particularly HR Directors and senior HR stakeholders .
