Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Identify and research potential clients aligned with target industries and service offerings
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers
2. Qualification of Opportunities
- Engage prospects to understand their business needs, decision-making process, budget, and timeline
- Apply defined qualification criteria before passing leads to the sales team
- Ensure only sales-ready, high-intent opportunities are scheduled
3. Meeting & Pipeline Contribution
- Schedule discovery calls/meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team
- Ensure prospects attend scheduled meetings (reduce no-shows through reminders and follow-ups)
