Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Identify and research potential clients aligned with target industries and service offerings
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers

2. Qualification of Opportunities

  • Engage prospects to understand their business needs, decision-making process, budget, and timeline
  • Apply defined qualification criteria before passing leads to the sales team
  • Ensure only sales-ready, high-intent opportunities are scheduled

3. Meeting & Pipeline Contribution

  • Schedule discovery calls/meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team
  • Ensure prospects attend scheduled meetings (reduce no-shows through reminders and follow-ups)
