Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Identify and research potential clients aligned with target industries and service offerings
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers

2. Qualification of Opportunities
Engage prospects to understand their business needs, decision-making process, budget, and timeline
Apply defined qualification criteria before passing leads to the sales team
Ensure only

sales-ready, high-intent opportunities

are scheduled

3. Meeting & Pipeline Contribution
Schedule discovery calls/meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team
Ensure prospects attend scheduled meetings (reduce no-shows through reminders and follow-ups)
Maintain accurate CRM records of all activities, notes, and next steps
