Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers, helping to build a strong pipeline for our Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively research, identify, and engage target accounts within assigned territories or market segments

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and campaigns)

  • Respond to inbound leads and assess fit, urgency, and buying intent

  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect challenges related to law firms and in house legal teams within corporations.

  • Qualify opportunities against agreed criteria and schedule meetings for Account Executives

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align on messaging, campaigns, and target accounts

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targets

  • Continuously develop knowledge of our products, value proposition, and the legal technology market

Required Skills & Experience

  • Entry level or 1+ years of experience in a sales development, business development, or inside sales role (B2B SaaS preferred)

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders (legal and innovation leaders)

  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and consultative discovery conversations

  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills

  • Resilient, coachable, and motivated by achieving targets

  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and sales engagement tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into legal or professional services markets

  • Familiarity with enterprise or mid-market SaaS sales cycles

  • Exposure to account-based selling (ABM)

  • Interest in legal technology
