Sales Development Representative (SDR) - HealthTech SaaS

London (Hybrid)

Up to £45k + OTE

A fast-growing London-based healthtech startup is hiring an SDR to help scale outbound sales into the clinical trials market.

The Role

You'll support pipeline growth by:

  • Prospecting and outreach via email, LinkedIn and cold calling
  • Booking qualified meetings for senior sales leaders
  • Researching accounts across pharma, CROs, and research organisations
  • Qualifying leads
  • Managing inbound and outbound leads in HubSpot
  • Supporting campaign activity and event follow-up
  • Keeping CRM data clean and consistent

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where your input will directly influence how the sales engine is built.
