Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Penfold

At Penfold , we’re on a mission to make pensions work better for modern businesses — and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for an ambitious, proactive SDR to drive our top-of-funnel growth by connecting with UK startups and scale-ups.


The role

As an SDR at Penfold, you’ll be right at the heart of our growth:

  • Owning outbound outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Turning inbound interest into qualified meetings
  • Researching and engaging decision-makers at high-growth companies
  • Building and managing a healthy pipeline in HubSpot
  • Working closely with Sales and Marketing to sharpen messaging and targeting
  • Hitting targets and earning uncapped commission


Expect a high-activity role with lots of autonomy, ownership, and room to grow as we expand into new markets.
