About the job Sales Development Representative (SMB & Commercial Segment)

We seeka Sales Development Representative , to drive sales conversions for our client'sSmall & Medium Business (SMB) and Commercial segments. Your primary focus will be building and managing customer relationships in Indonesia, contributing to international market expansion efforts, and supporting both inbound and outbound sales teams. This is a hybrid position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the sales conversion process for Small & Medium Businesses (SMB).
  • Develop and manage relationships within our Commercial segment with customers in Indonesia.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
