This is a remote position.

Responsibilities: 

Team Leadership 
Mentor, motivate, and guide SDRs to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture. Conduct
weekly stand-ups, performance reviews, and 1:1 coaching sessions. Provide onboarding for
new SDRs to ensure alignment on Esker’s tools, messaging, and goals.
Performance Management
Set and track KPIs (calls, emails, qualified meetings, SQLs). Monitor pipeline progress,
responsiveness, and activity quality. Quickly address shortfalls and realign team focus.
Strategy Implementation & Optimisation
Work closely with Sales Managers and Marketing to fine-tune outreach strategies, messaging,
