Job Description

The Thai-Speaking SDR is responsible for engaging prospective B2B customers through outbound communication to drive lead generation. This role focuses on promoting services, securing webinar/seminar attendance, and scheduling sales appointments while maintaining accurate prospect data.

Scope of Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach: Contact businesses and individuals via telephone to solicit services and support marketing initiatives.

Sales Presentations: Deliver prepared scripts to persuade prospects to attend events or schedule appointments with Sales Representatives.

Localization: Translate sales and marketing materials from English to Thai as required.

Customer Engagement: Explain products, services, and pricing; professionally address customer inquiries and follow up on initial contacts.

Data Management: Record prospect details, reactions, and interactions; obtain new leads from directories...
