Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative based in Bogotá to support B2B growth through proactive prospecting and outbound sales activities. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with strong cold-calling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term business relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You Have

  • 2+ years of experience working in a Consultative sales environment (B2B experience is desirable).
  • English proficiency at the B2+ level and Portuguese proficiency at the B2 level (spoken and written).
  • Strong experience in cold calling and lead prospecting within a B2B environment.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand products and services.
  • Experience handling high-volume outbound calling.
  • Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
