About the role

This is an enterprise-focused Sales Development Representative role for someone who enjoys building high-quality pipeline and working in a consultative, solution-based sales environment. You will play a critical role at the very beginning of the sales process, engaging senior stakeholders at international organizations and helping shape first conversations that lead to long-term partnerships.

If you're motivated by thoughtful outreach, experimentation, and consistently exceeding pipeline targets - this role will give you the space to develop and grow.

Your responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and qualifying enterprise-level B2B leads, with a strong focus on outbound activities

  • Generating high-quality pipeline by booking meetings with decision-makers at international organizations

  • Supporting the full sales cycle: from initial outreach and qualification to smooth handoff to Business Consultants
